RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS (UK ONLY)
Customer satisfaction is importance to us and we want you to have confidence in buying from Cornish Wellessence. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it is unsuitable in some way, we will do our best to help you.
You can return any item free of charge within 30 days provided it has not been opened / used. If we have made a mistake, we’ll also refund the delivery. We will make a charge for any credit card fees incurred and packing time. This is charged at 15% of the invoice value. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them and we will arrange to send you a replacement. We may need you to send any damaged products to us first, in which case we will refund you upon receipt; the cost of your postage. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office when sending returns to us. If you have ordered the wrong product, you will need to let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and return it to us unopened.
Please note that whilst we will always endeavour to help you, an order cannot be cancelled once you have received confirmation from us that it is being processed.

To return a product, simply e-mail us on [email protected] with your reference and invoice number. We will arrange for your return, and will email you details. If we have made a mistake we will rectify this as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can telephone (with your reference and invoice number to hand) during normal working hours 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. If the number is engaged, please leave an answerphone message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please phone 07753 349686.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK
Please contact sales on [email protected] to discuss an order and cost of postage or courier if you would like to order from outside the United Kingdom. You cannot order directly from the website at the present time.
Please note that you cannot return items ordered if you are an overseas customer and no refund is possible.
Cornish Wellessence is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Cornish Wellessence is not responsible for any delay or loss that may occur with international deliveries due to customs and the receiving country's own postal system. Items will be sent out by airmail, or for larger items by courier, with estimated delivery within 5-7 days for most countries. However, please allow up to 30 days to receive your parcel as customs procedures may vary.
